I put in a request for maintenance for the toilet noise and seat at night. The next day, they came and replaced the toilet ... seat, kept the area clean in doing so, and fixed the issue with the noise from the toilet. I gave permission to enter when I was not home, and they came and completed the request. They also left a nice note explaining what was done.
